Build boldly. Stay human.
Honest conversations with the people building, funding and shaping the future.
We spend enormous amounts of time asking people what they built, how much it's worth and what's next. We're interested in something else.
Who are you underneath all of that?
What has ambition taught you?
What has failure taught you?
What does money mean to you?
What are you afraid of?
What makes a life meaningful?
And what happens when people with very different perspectives actually sit down and talk?
Long-form conversations with extraordinary people.
Small, intimate conversations in cities around the world.
Meet the builders, thinkers and capital allocators behind the conversations.
The questions, observations and perspectives that emerge.

Beyond Impact
What does it really cost to build for impact instead of exit?
For an hour, you're not a CEO, billionaire, VC or founder. You're a person.
There is no rigid script. One question leads to another. The interesting conversation determines where we go.
We aren't here to prove we're right. We're here to understand.
The best conversations aren't necessarily comfortable. They're honest.
We create spaces where people can temporarily put down their public identity, ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions and explore ideas they may never have considered before.
Safety doesn't mean avoiding discomfort.
It means creating enough trust to go there.
Our hosts aren't here to extract answers. They're here to climb with you.
They research the person, understand the terrain and help create the conditions for a conversation to go somewhere unexpected.
Sometimes the path leads through venture capital. Sometimes it leads through family. Sometimes it leads through failure, love, death, ambition or meaning.
We follow the path.

LinkedIn ↗Four cities today. Fifty, eventually.
Not speakers. People. Builders and capital allocators, meeting as themselves.

The intellectual layer. Essays, excerpts, questions and reflections that emerge from the conversations.
A single question explored by multiple people.
Short reflections after conversations.
Two guests with opposing perspectives.
In Search of Meaning. In Search of Compassion. In Search of Enough. In Search of Ambition. In Search of Better Capital.
The Compassionate Builder began with an unexpected conversation at Epicenter in Helsinki.
What started as something informal became something much more interesting. People stopped performing their roles. Founders stopped pitching. Investors stopped talking about portfolios. Everyone became curious.
The conversation became vulnerable. It became uncomfortable. It became funny. And people walked away seeing something differently.
We wanted to know what would happen if we created that space deliberately, and took it around the world.
Your title doesn't make you more human than anyone else.
We don't arrive knowing the answer.
Trust makes honesty possible.
A meaningful conversation might challenge everyone in the room.
We're interested in perspectives, not ideological loyalty.
Building wealth, companies and influence isn't inherently bad.
Empathy and ambition can coexist.
The goal is not content. The goal is perspective.
There are enough conversations about winning. More money. More growth. More followers. More exits. More scale.
We're interested in what happens after you ask "more."
What is enough? What is meaningful? Who do you become while you're building? What do you owe the people around you?
And can we build extraordinary things without forgetting the people who build them?
We're still figuring it out.
That's why we're having the conversation.
